Would have to say that the one lift that always gives me the most anxiety is squats. Maybe it was from my injury a few months back or maybe just not knowing how heavy the weight will feel at the bottom. Whatever reason, it still needs to get done twice a week! Lol. Squats @ 185x2, 200x2, and rep PR at 205x2, 5 lbs below my 1RM. Thanks for everything @yophilzme!! That jugular vein though 😂

As a kid I used to think life, was moving so slow I watched it go by.

Yesterday was a day of many firsts!! It was my first day back from Punta Cana, my first day on my keto diet, my first day back taking salsa lessons, and my first rep PR for my 1RM @ 265x4x2 in a few months!!! Coach said it was a RPE 7.5 and to go up to 270. After 4 working sets, I was fatigued but decided to give it a try anyway. It was ehh and definitely a grinder. My back started rounding but the pull felt good. I was dead af by end of my 2” deficits at 225x3x3 RPE 7.

Accidentally poured BCAAs instead of PWO😑 ... tried to pour my mistake into my jug and it spilled allll over the counter😤
