โœ…Here are my rules for building those chopsticks you call legs into aesthetic powerful monster wheels... or maybe you just want to tone up some, whatever floats your boat. These rules work.๐Ÿœ

1๏ธโƒฃSquat heavy
2๏ธโƒฃJump high
3๏ธโƒฃDo high rep kettlebell work for more leg volume
4๏ธโƒฃHit the single leg work hard for periods of time, then cycle back and forth between that and the heavy squats and deads.
5๏ธโƒฃGet extra leg work in on non-leg days, more volume. Everyday is leg day for you.
6๏ธโƒฃPush, pull, and carry for cardio.
7๏ธโƒฃAlso, deadliftโ€ฆ those are fun too. But they're probably not the best leg builders, to be honest.

1. Foam roll
2. STRETCH ( it is so extremely important to stretch!)
3. And WARM UP
I typically use my @fitonomy bands for all of my warm ups, not just booty!! (Iโ€™m gonna do a full body band video for you guys soon I promiseโค๏ธ) but here are some of my absolute favorite booty warm ups to help your muscles get ready for all the gains๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป (hit the link in my bio to get yourself a set and save money!!๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜˜)
