Our mouths are watering 💦 as we reveal our latest invention from the kitchen! Introducing everything pot-a-gels; baked potatoes seasoned like an everything bagel & smeared with @kitehillfoods almond chive cream cheese!
Directions:
1-Halve & Par-steam the potatoes for 8-10 minutes.
2-Lightly coat each half (cut side only) with coconut or olive oil.
3-Season with sea salt, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic flakes, onion flakes & caraway seeds.
4-bake at 350° for 10-15 more minutes until fully cooked.
5- cut into slices as shown & smear each slice with nut based cream cheese

Avocado Greek yogurt Chicken Salad Wrap 🥑🥑🥑 .

• 4.5 oz of cooked chicken, shredded
• 1/2 a cup of non fat plain Greek Yogurt • 2.2 oz of avocado • 2 oz of finely chopped celery
•1 oz white onion chopped •1 oz green onion chopped • A bunch of chopped cilantro • Lime juice • Granulated garlic
• Salt & pepper.

Mash the avocado with the yogurt, and mix with garlic, salt & pepper. Shred the chicken and add it to the other veggies, I would’ve added diced cucumber if I had any. Add lime juice, I used half a lime (should’ve added another half tho) Mix everything together until it looks yummy af. I used OLE basil tomato tortillas, but it can be served in a million ways.

For the pancakes: •3 egg whites •1 whole egg •1/4 cup of old fashioned oats •Stevia in powder sprinkled, about 1tbs •1 tbs chia seeds •1 tsp vainilla extract •2 tsp cinnamon
Blend it up on blender; use nonstick spray & nonstick pan.

Granny Smith Apple filling:• half a peeled apple, chopped in squares• 1 tsp nutmeg • 1 tsp allspice • Cinnamon as much as preferred• 1 tsp Brown sugar • a pinch of salt
Cook all of it on low, until it’s soft & brown. If you preferred it more moist, add more sugar. I’m currently counting macros & trying to keep sugar low. 🥞 Add some sugar free pancake syrup, Enjoy!

Quick power bowl ⚡️ Didn’t have time for anything else today, and felt really bad about the croissant I ate for breakfast 😭 *There’s half a cup of jasmine rice at the bottom of this beauty. It has:
-Rice from last night
-Olive oil, about 1 teaspoon to cook chicken.
-Sliced cucumber -Grilled red pepper -Grilled orange pepper -Grilled green onions
-Grilled chicken with cumin, garlic/parsley/ Black pepper -Raw baby spinach
-Raw baby kale -1/2 Lime juice all over -Half an avocado -Half a tbs of light mayo

White bean & turkey stew? Soup? Delicious 🍛
-Ground turkey, about half a tray.
- 1 can of Goya White Beans - Canned peas & carrots, about 2 spoonfuls.
-Minced garlic -Olive oil as needed - Unsalted chicken broth, 10oz -Oregano, sprinkled
-Sazón Goya, sprinkled & for color. - A whole tomato
- Salt as needed
- Green onion, diced. •To season the turkey: Citrus blend, Himalayan Pink Salt & Thyme. - Sugar reduced Heinz Ketchup, two squirts. .

. 👉🏼 Rinse & drain the white beans and put them in a pan with the peas & carrots, chicken broth, Sazón Goya, oregano (usually I’d add Cumin but I ran out) and salt, cook it on low & coverer. On a sauce pan add the olive oil, diced tomatoes, green onions, garlic until cooked. Then, add the turkey, the spices for seasoning, break it apart and cover to cook. Once the turkey is fully cooked, add the mix to the white bean pot. Mix and cover. Once is boiling add the ketchup, because Antonella loves it.
I would usually serve it with rice, but since we had mashed potatoes from last nights dinner, this is how I served it. Delicious & hearty AF ♥️

Super Quick Green spinach/kale spaghetti with Queso Fresco crumbles: (two people.) -Barilla Vegetable Spaghetti about 4oz uncooked. - A shit ton of baby spinach, really about 3oz.
- A handful of baby kale, about 2oz.
- Minced green onion, idk about three thingys.
- Olive oil as needed.
- Corn starch, half a teaspoon.
- Unsalted chicken broth, 5 oz.
- Helmans Light Mayo, 2 tablespoons.
- Minced garlic.
- Queso fresco.
-Salt as needed.

👉🏼Bring water to a boil, add salt and olive oil as desired. When boiling throw in the spaghetti 8-9 mins is good. While that is cooking, make the green sauce. Cook up spinach, the kale & the green onion. Once it’s all cooked, bring out your pulse food processor I think the blender will work too. Throw the chicken broth, the mayo (this is supposed to be made with evaporated milk but I ain’t got none and milk has too much fat so I made it with mayo instead, if you don’t like mayo, sorry) throw in the garlic, the cooked greens, a tad of salt if you want. Blend that shit up till it’s good and homogeneous, however I like the chunks. Put the mixture in the sauce pan again and add the corn starch to add thickness, all this on low. Your spaghetti should be good by now. Drain the water and throw them to the sauce pan with the yummy sauce you just made. Mix for a few minutes....Serve with the crumbled queso fresco.
*Can also be made with some grilled chicken but I didn’t have time for it cuz my baby was hungry & I lost track of time watching Moana for the 10th time. I accompanied with a raw green pepper salad. Enjoy!
