A lot of time, sacrifice, and money to get to where it is currently. We even added some guy named Dan Bell (@rubbercityweightlifting) and his crew of lifters. Life doesn't always go to plan and neither does lifting. Squats yesterday destroyed my legs. Today I took my first warm up of no feet snatches and missed. Made it and went up 5 kilos. Missed three times. Dropped down to less than my normal warm up weight to do my sets. The program said 70%. I did 48%. Was today's session a failure? Not at all. I got my blood flowing, loosened up, and made some quality reps. Use every rep to your advantage no matter the weight. Don't let the weight on the bar define you or the quality of your workout.
