Lmao this is technically my only bicep focused workout for the week 😜 not hating though. I kinda dread doing biceps 😝 I get most of my bicep workout while doing my back exercises! Most back workouts will have you engaging your biceps as well. .

Although they make look easy πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰... these "Landmine Lateral Shoulder Raises" are a killer way to burn out the delts when they are nearly depleted.

I definitely suggest throwing this exercise into your shoulder routine! It's a great way to hit all the front, mid and rear delts heads! πŸ˜πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ β€’β€’

Remember with this exercise you DON'T NEED TO GO HEAVY. --- Add it in near the end of your shoulder workout routine. The bar alone may be enough to begin with! Then just make sure to keep a slow, controlled and isolated movement πŸ‘

Working on that ⏳girls out here scared about drinking too much water and holding water weight and avoiding all carbs not knowing the science behind it all...
