Confession: I only wear make up when it's weekend and I'm raving. When I'm not party-ing, you'll probably see me with this naked ass face.
I'm not really a fan of the nowadays Kylie-Jenner-Generation (as I like to call them) who wear way to much make up and probably spend half of their days on it. (I do not hate. It's just not my thing)
I wear make up for myself and I feel good when I'm wearing it.. but daamnnn it feels good when I can just rub my eyes and see the stars and the rest of the galaxy at any time of the day when I don't wear make up.✨

7 months ago I hit 410 lbs on bench press. I have talks with people all the time about what they are capable of. Many times I hear “well, I could never do ___X___.” Let me tell you this, in college, about a month before turning 18, I started my fitness journey. At 6’ tall and 137 lbs. and struggling to rep 65 lbs. on bench press, if you would have told me I would 1 day weigh nearly 240 lbs. At my heaviest, Compete in bodybuilding shows and bench over 400 lbs, I would not have believed you. For many years I sat right around a 365 lb. PR on bench. Now I know that isn’t bad, but I had told myself for years, I’d never be able to bench press over 400, so for years I never did. I started getting out of shape and I struggled with motivation. I couldn’t figure out why. I realized that I hadn’t set a new goal. For the first time ever, I said “I want to bench press 405 lbs.” I went from saying I could not do it, to creating a plan to do it. And in only a few months, I got there. Years of telling myself i couldn’t and only months to actually do it once I told myself I could.
So what’s the moral of the story? You can be your own worst enemy, or your biggest motivator. If you set in your mind that you don’t have time, school is too hard, I’ll never weigh __X__ (weight-loss or gain), I’ll never come off this medication, my knee will never get better, I’ll never have that job, I’ll never have that relationship, etc, etc, etc, then you probably never will. You must believe. It might take years to reach your ultimate goal, but keep chipping away at it and don’t lose heart. Set micro goals to help you along the way. If you want to lose 100 lbs. set a goal of losing that first 10-15 lbs. Once you lose that first 5-8 lbs, it gets exciting, you’re half way to that first goal. When you hit that goal, set another goal that’s similar. After a few rounds of this, you’re easily down 40 lbs and now all of a sudden, that total of 100 lbs seems real.
