💟3. Triangle press ups x10 (these are mega hard!!!) 😂 go on your knees and make your triangle bigger to make this an easier exercise

Too often we tend to look at struggles as failures. We struggle to do something and chalk it up as impossible when really the struggle is what makes it possible. This move is extremely hard for me and I could have easily quit when I fell. I’m glad I didn’t because that fall taught me to squeeze my abs for balance. If I would have quit I wouldn’t have learned how to make it better. Even when things get hard, push through! You’ll be faster, stronger and better because of it!

As you can see my post said “working hard or hardly working” the reasoning behind this is that i’m only lifting 20 pounds, and for as muscular as my arms are, you might think, he must be weak, he’s not doing enough weight etc. This is the reason a TON of people don’t get #gains in the gym. It’s not about how much you lift, it’s about how you lift. Lift with your muscles not with your ego. Took me a long time to learn that one tbh. I was one of thoes who would pick up the 50 pound dumbbells and throw it up with my momentum and body weight just so i could impress other people, while acutally it was doing nothing at all for me. I see this all the time in the gym, and i just wish i could teach everyone how to lift correctly and effectively so we can all hop on the #gaintrain but unfortunately i’m not able to yet, but one day i will be able to share my journey and knowledge among all people and help those in need! #gym #gymshark #sponsorme #bodybuilding #fitness #health #fitnessmotivation #fit #muscle #triceps #tattoos #gymrat
