4 great tricep exercises
- body weight dips
3 x max. Lower your body for 3 seconds push back up while pulling your elbows towards your body and squeeze your triceps for 1 second at the top of the movement.
Add weight if you can easily push out 15 at this tempo. - Bar skull crushers - lower weight to a full stretch just past your head for 3 seconds and the extend the barbell towards the roof while squeezing the triceps. Make sure your elbows stay in towards the body. - Standing overhead rope extensions. Use a full stretch on this exercise and extend the rope above your head. - Tricep cable push downs.
Keep elbows locked into your body. Press the bar towards the floor and squeeze the lower the weight so your wrists head back towards your chest without your elbows leaving your side to avoid momentum.

Monday Motivation! What’s good?! Today I had an awesome chest, shoulder and tricep day. I continued my 5 set 5 rep with about 80-85% of my max. It was a tough workout. Today is the last I will do of that till 4 weeks from now. So I will do my “normal” pyramid workouts and one week after 4 normal I will do my 80-85% workout. So at this gym during one of my sets I look at this post with a magnet that says never never never give up. I said to myself you are right magnet! I pushed through the pain. Also I have a new shaker and I want to say Watermelon Ice is my fav BCAA flavor by bpi.
