Busy, busy day/night. Slept a little after working last night, got my upper body and abdominal workouts in, happy to have an always amazing virtual call with my coach, hopped on a team call with the rest of our fit fam and finally, I plan to end my night with some other beachbody coaching business and little mediation with my free group peeps. #passionpurposeplay #makeyourpassionyourbusiness

[Summertime Transformations]
I have been sitting on this picture for a little while because I didn't feel it was much of a transformation, I wanted better 'after' results before sharing but then I realized, this is a process and results I am pursuing won't happen over night. Changing the amount and types of food I consumed and making my fitness time a habit and something I enjoy, would not be a quick fix. This is a lifestyle change and it takes time. I had to stop wishing for it and start working for it, one day at a time, one program at a time.

If you find something you love, something you have fun with and something that fits in your schedule, you will no longer dread the process. You will embrace and trust the process and every step will be a welcomed achievement. .
.
Most recent transformation is in progress. One more week of our current challenge group and I am proud to say my workouts have been consistent, my nutrition has been 80/20, I feel energized and strong, and am oozing confidence, positivity and happiness. For this, and my challenge group, I am thankful.

Da piccola volevo fare la scrittrice. 5 am wake up call this morning. Proud of myself for getting out of bed and getting it done. Not going to lie I laid in my bed and told myself I was way too warm and cozy to go to the garage and workout. Then I had to tell myself if I don’t get up now then I’m going to regret it. So I got up, got my coffee then headed to the garage to sweat it out. It was tough getting up but it was worth it.
