First things first I have to say that you shouldn't exaggerate on your fats intake no matter how healthy they are ๐Ÿ‘‰ MODERATION IS KEY ๐Ÿ”…
However, study's show that one daily serving of nuts prevents cardiovascular events and development of other prevalent chronic disorders, including diabetes, cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Furthermore, nuts appear to protect against DNA damage, suppress cancer growth and inflammation, reduce cholesterol, and reduce the risk of heart disease. Many people think that coconut oil is a great and healthy fat source but it is also only in small amounts good fpr you since coconut oil and coconut milk appear to raise oneโ€™s LDL (bad cholesterol) as much as butter therefore you should consume them in moderate amounts ! But if you have to choose I highly recommend coconut oil over olive oil ! Try to limit your daily olive oil intake to 1-2 TABLESPOONS ๐ŸŒฑ A handful of NUTS a day should be enough for the general person ! (VARIETY IS KING)

Dann gab es noch die #wirsingchips Cheesy Paprika, welche ich auch schon mal gegessen habe und sehr empfehlen kann!
