Vegan Gingerbread Cake with Carrot 😻❤
• 1 carrot (small/60-70 g) • 200 ml non-diary milk (i used coconut)
• 1 packet (10gram) baking powder
• 200 gram wheat flour
• 50 gram oil (i used sunflower)
- Blend the carrot and milk with a blender and mix all the ingredients in a bowl.(The first add the liquids)

!!In another bowl
• 1 small pieces ginger
• 200 ml non-diary milk
• 1 packet (10-15 gram) baking powder
• 200 gram wheat flour
• 50 gram vegetable oil (like sunflower)
- (The first blend well the ginger and milk.) Mix all the ingredients well.
And mix each the doughs how you want in a oiled baking tray. - Finally bake in a pre-heated oven (180C) for 45 or 50 min. (I think you can control that times.) Bon appetite 😻🙏🏽🎉

Had a decent Squat day today, better than I expected! Been feeling a little hip sore since my karate fail on Saturday. Attempting to do karate kicks made me finally acknowledge how tight my hips and ankles are. Spent some time doing mobility drills today and I think it helped a lot. Going to spending more time on that from here on out. Did 15 reps squats in the 85-95KG range. Then finished with 3x10 at 70kg. Did some RDLs, pullups, leg press, banded leg lifts/walks and a quick set of hammer curls to finish. My gym friends were making fun of me for having holes in my pants. Don't care what I wear as long as I get my shit done! Plus, I love those pants. 😜Feeling optimistic! I was so tired this morning after a rubbish nights sleep, so I knocked back some pre-workout to get me through day 14 of #bodybeast.

And so.... Build legs is now complete ✔ followed by 10 minutes HIIT in the form of loads of jumping around. 30 seconds on 30 seconds off 👊

Now I shall quickly make a post workout shake then go and pick up the little man from nursery

Something more savory today, as it's still super cold and Elise @kaleandchocolate suggested to cook up some soup; i took her lovely advice and came up with this creamy cauliflower soup!
Comforting, nourishing and enhanced with ginger, turmeric and nutmeg! ☺👌🏼
I added some parsley, Pepitas and chili flakes on top.
A savory zucchini rosemary muffin on the side and I am good to go! 🌱
On cold days, it's important to warm up from the inside, find some soul food that makes you feel good to stay balanced and relaxed! ✨

Помимо многолетнего опыта растительного питания, работы с людьми и прочтения общедоступных книг и статей, я - учёный, который имеет доступ к колоссальному количеству исследований, научных статей и прямым диалогам с профессорами ведущих мировых университетов именно по этому вопросу. Моей главной мотивацией является мое здоровье и здоровье моей семьи, а так же ответственность которую я несу за своих студентов, и в этом контексте мне не было достаточно поверхностных псевдознаний которыми наполнены социальные сети, форумы и ютьюб каналы. Я уверена в том, чем занимаюсь и то о чем рассказываю людям, и это не имеет ничего общего с модой, диетами или расстройствами пищевого поведения ( хотя об этом тоже можем поговорить).
