Vor ein paar Wochen hat mich @vellvie_ gefragt ob ich deren Vitamin B 12 Schlucktabletten testen möchte. 😊 Weil meine anderen schon fast leer waren, hätte der Zeitpunkt nicht besser sein können! 😆
In Leber und Muskulatur ist jede Menge Vitamin B12 (z.B. an Blutbildung beteiligt und für Nervensystem unverzichtbar) gespeichert, falls dieser Speicher angekratzt sein sollte, eignen sich die Tabletten hervorragend diesen wieder zu füllen da die Dosierung recht hoch ist. Ich nehme ca. alle drei Tage eine, was hier vollkommen ausreichen sollte! 😊
Außerdem ist Folsäure (z.B. wichtig für Zellteilung, enthalten in Gemüse, Hülsenfrüchten, Vollkornprodukten) und Vitamin B6 (z.B. an Umwandlung & Einbau von Eiweißstoffen beteiligt, enthalten in Walnüssen, Sesam, Kichererbsen, Mohn, Erdnüssen) beigefügt.

Сегодня хочу поделиться своим опытом. ☝️
Многие ходят заниматься, а прогресса нет, усталость, раздражительность и т.д.
Надо уметь анализировать, почему получается застой.
Было время, когда я занимался 5-7 дней в неделю. Сил совсем не было, как и прогресса. "Почему, я живу в зале" - думал я.
Все проанализировав, стал задумываться, что мало сплю. Мой сон тогда составлял 5-7 часов.
Для активного образа жизни - это очень мало.

В один прекрасный момент, я решил отказаться от всего, что мне мешало ложиться пораньше (соц. сети, фильмы, игры и т.д.) И результаты пошли в гору! 🤸‍♂️
На работе мог сконцентрироваться, а вечером с легкостью бежать в зал. В зале "силовые" росли.

Давайте разберемся, что происходит в организме во время сна?
✅Сон – это период наиболее интенсивной гормональной активности, от 80-90% гормона роста и других важнейших гормонов, включая андрогенные, выделяются во время сна.
В связи с этим во время сна происходит синтез протеина и построение мышечной ткани и тканей органов, обновляются клетки.

Надеюсь, ваш сон составляет 8-10 часов как мой😄

Сегодня я задумался, что многое мы переносим на «завтра».
«Завтра, я перестану есть сладкое», «с завтрашнего дня, я буду вставать раньше», «именно завтра, я пойду в зал» и много другое…!
Но как часто наступает это «завтра» ?!? Или наступает ли оно вообще?
А значит, хватит придумывать «миллион» отговорок и не делать, то что можно сделать сегодня! Ведь завтра может не наступить никогда.

Ummm yasss👅🤤 this Bad boy is sooo freaking good!! And such an easy meal as well🙌🏼 I baked the sweet potato for about an hour in the oven 🍠 then topped it with hummus, beans and salsaaa💥booom! Macros: 62C 12P 8F 379 Calories.
Yesterday I didn’t feel good and decided to take a little break for myself. It’s important to listen to your body and don’t force yourself to do things you don’t enjoy. And sometimes your body needs a break. So my current status is; reloading. I’m gonna take it step by step and won’t give up until I reach my goals! 🙏🏼

Ten weeks working on the Ship and eating all those unhealthy food made me miss my kitchen very much. Unbelievable that most people still believe in white sugar, bacon and sausage breakfast, everything cooked, most the Salads are socking in dressing.. It was always topic how I eat, that it cant be healthy and I have to eat the way how they do to have enough power to work. I was actually very low in power, what I haven't experienced since long time. Was really hard to follow my diet because everything was prepared in a unhealthy way and when ever I eat, never felt satisfied and stayed hungry. But now finally I have some time off and I can enjoy all my comfort foods :)

Never in this lifetime would I have thought I’d run, EVER. I ALWAYS dreaded running the one mile in school and I was always the last one to finish. Well, if I tried now, I still may be the last one lol! But my mindset has changed. Running is finally becoming a little easier. A little. Lol. My first big run, the Bay to Breakers is in May in San Francisco and I’m just focusing on finishing. I jogged 6 miles this morning with #MaggieWeeWee!! Longest trek so far. She’s such a trooper! I will hit that 7.5 mile mark soon. #baytobreakers here I come!! .

7 Minute Breakfast Sandwhich
Under 500 Calories 👩🏻🍳🌞 (Nutrients included on next slide 👉🏼)

If you’re running low on time but still want a healthy breakfast, try this amazing recipe I pretty much every morning. ☀️ Only takes 7 minutes or less!

RECIPE:
Mix the following in a small bowl:
🔹 Shredded Spinach

🔹 Bell pepper
_
🔹Egg whites 🥚

🔹 Black Pepper
_
🔹 Squirt of lemon juice 🍋

Put all into a small pan on medium and make an omelette.

While the omelette is cooking, place the following on a separate small pan. Flip everything over every 30 seconds for a couple of minutes. ⏰

🔸4 slices of mini rye bread

🔸 Honey ham

Combine all into a sandwhich at the end 😋 (Note: 2 slices of rye equals 4 mini rye slices)
