We are all busy and it's hard to find time for ourselves, especially if your a parent. Today my workout just couldn't happen until tonight and I even had a SHORT window when I could fit it in. During Girl Scouts but I DID IT!!!! .

This community has held me accountable. My excuses have run out. My WHY is greater then ANY excuse. I can stream so many workouts anywhere! I don't have to spend hours in a gym to see the results either. This is a lifestyle change and it has to make sense! .

Felt super BADASS after todayโ€™s HIIT & Core sess! ๐Ÿ‘ŠThe best part is, I show up either at home or the gym and my trainer is ready when I am! ๐Ÿ‘ŒNo waiting around or planning....Ohh and not spending thousand of dollars... BUT getting top of the line results! To me those are huge wins! ๐Ÿ™Œ

I have to admit I am pretty damn cheap๐Ÿ’๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธโ€”-> ok Iโ€™m conservative how I spend my money! ๐Ÿ’ธ My husband and I have huge goals and that involves us being SMART financially. So no I donโ€™t spend even $15 a month for all my trainers, meal plans and real results. Do I gotta put in the real work? ๐Ÿค— Yup, I donโ€™t take any magic powder or pill to make me loose weight, or follow some crazy diet. No I fuel my body with healthy foods and crush killer workouts. I'm here to tell you something important. The scale is not e everything. If she did look at her before pictures and just focused on the scale, then she wouldn't be able to see it. To be see how far she has come.

So get off the scale. Celebrate victories you can see in your daily life.

Making better choices, getting more sleep, using a heavier weight. Find things to be proud of instead of starring at the scale. It does not tell you about you.

I had to actually go to the grocery store and buy me some bad carbs, because I have not bought them in so many years. Things like bagels, rice, pasta, white breadโ€ฆ๐Ÿž๐Ÿš Not a bad meal plan that actually tells me to eat some bad food ๐Ÿคฃ It's Refeed Day!!! Seriously though, I am absolutely loving this meal planโ™ฅ๏ธ I know exactly what macros to eat and when. No weighing food or counting calories. Takes all the guesswork out of it. And no hunger bc it's so much food ๐ŸŠ๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿฅ— the meal plan goes right along with the workouts, so guaranteed RESULTS ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ I'm not sure what to eat first tomorrow ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‰

28 days of no gym, no weights. You are all that is needed to sweat and dominate these workouts.

Was a bit under the weather over the weekend, needed a few days to recover, but here we go with Day 20! Lots of core work and plyometrics at the end. Careful with landing those single leg broad jumps and be sure to reset before jumping into the next one.

This is a great way to stretch out the inner thigh muscles while also working on ankle flexibility. Keeping your heel of the leg that is bent on the ground during this stretch is important. All you need is a chair ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ . I find ab circuits get super boring so itโ€™s super important for me to switch them up so I donโ€™t get bored. On top of that, your muscles get used to the performance of the same exercises which will hinder muscles growth. Even something as simple as adding a chair (or bench) can challenge your muscles and make the workout a little more exciting.
