Bahkan kegiatan fisik/berolahraga di pagi hari bisa meningkatkan kualitas tidur dan membantu kamu yang sedang dalam program penurunan berat badan. Menurut para ahli, tidur yang berkualitas akan membuat hormon di dalam tubuh seimbang sehingga membantu mengontrol pola makan kita. Pola makan yang benar dan teratur tentunya akan semakin membantu menurunkan berat badan.
Setelah berolahraga, lengkapi pula dengan nutrisi yang rendah kalori, rendah lemak, dan rendah glikemik indeksnya agar kalori yang sudah dibakar dengan olahraga tidak bertambah lagi. Protein juga membantu memperbaiki otot yang rusak dan membentuk kembali otot setelah berolahraga.

Both methods will work the chest, triceps, shoulders, and back. The decline push up (hand on floor, legs up) will better target the upper chest and shoulders, while the incline (hands up, legs down) will better target the lower chest and back.

Ever feel like there’s a million things you could get done other than workout? Me too! But it’s a non-negotiable, so sometimes you pause wrapping Christmas presents and eating chocolate candies (that’s exactly what I was doing😊) to turn up the music and knock out 22 min of resistance training
Then use that energy & good endorphin rush to go on about your day🤸🏼‍♀️ Since it’s Workout Wednesday, I’m sharing my fav move from today: Chopper Lunges
Lunge stepping back (both knees 90 degrees) and twist mid-section, rowing the weight like a figure 8 for a core + arm burn too 🔥
Alternate sides for 20 reps. Repeat 3x
Aaaaaand today kicks off my 12 days of FITmas... “on the 1st day of FITmas my coach gave to me...10 burpees!” .

Add in a rotation to the side plank to hit another plane of movement and increase the work on the shoulders.

For the longest time I’ve always wanted to do a handstand but I could never get myself to try to do one. I was always afraid of falling or thinking what if I couldn’t hold myself up. I let my fear and self doubt and all the ‘what if’ thoughts stop me from even trying. But honestly when I think about it what would be the worst thing? I fall? I can’t hold my legs up? So WHAT?! At least I would’ve tried and found that out and then could have worked to improve it. •


We can’t let our own self doubt and fear stop us from doing the things we want. If we did, we wouldn’t get anywhere in life. We’d stay in our perfectly comfortable lives and never leave. But to succeed and progress you need change. You need to push yourself out of your comfort zone. You need to face your fear and prove it wrong. And yes, you may fall down along the way but you’ll get back up and try again. So do yourself a favor and just give it a try! I did and it actually wasn’t as bad as I kept thinking it would be.(it needs work but hey I did it and that’s what counts)✨
