Finally back home after 12hours of airports😣Got home at 2am this morning and then my dog woke me up at 7am and I couldn’t get back to sleep😓Oh well I’ve had a scoop of preworkout and hit shoulders and legs today so I actually have energy now🙌🏻🙌🏻
Anywhoooo here’s a back and shoulders circuit I did the other day at a bombbb Anytime Fitness🔥😂

⚫️Back and Shoulders: 4 sets
🔺The key on all of these is to do them slow and controlled and really squeeze at the top of the movement(the vid is sped up). 🔑 🔺Landmine Rows:12 reps
🔺Single Arm Landmine Rows: 10 reps per arm
🔺Landmine Shoulder Press: 12-15 reps

👏🏻 muscle will not grow unless you FORCE it to. Muscle will not grow unless STRESS is applied to it. I never in my right mind thought I'd be squatting more than the bar. Hell my freshman year of college my arms were STRUGGLIN curling 5-10 pound dumbbells. Weightlifting isn't supposed to be easy..building muscle isn't easy. You CAN do hard things, working out is a mind game...just keep grinding 🔑
