1, 2, 3 or 4? For the love of avocados . I have a curious question: does social media inspire you to eat healthier?! It definitely does for me and I think a lot of my eating habits (especially the healthier ones were inspired by being on this platform which I am so grateful for !). Having said that, it also inspires me to bake yummy cakes and desserts which are not super healthy in particular, but I think it's about balance. I do follow an 80/20 rule and I don't feel guilty when I indulge in a little piece of cake. , unless it's late at night and I eat an entire cake (happened once in my life and it was not a great experience 🤭) #alphafoodie #itsaboutbalance

YAY or NAY?! Brownie mug cake in just few minutes! I've been seeing this trend all over and finally decided to try it myself , it's such a great idea for the on the go chocolate craving treats , when you try it you won't believe it's done in a microwave (which I rarely ever use, but it's super handy for this one in particular 🤭!). For this I used 1 @clarence_court duck egg (this helps make the cake fluffy), 4 tablespoons flour, 3 tablespoons caster sugar (4 if you prefer it very sweet), a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons milk of choice, pinch of vanilla (optional), 2 tablespoons coconut oil (or vegetable oil), 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. Microwave on high for three minutes #alphafoodie #clarencecourt
Rainbow food, YAY or NAY?! What's your favourite rainbow food?! Incorporating colour into our meals is a great way to ensure we take different vitamins & minerals . I try to eat as colourful as possible and encourage my family, loved ones & you to do so . Making a vibrant rainbow sandwich like this is super super easy. New beginnings, YAY or NAY? I finally found a new flat to move to (bigger and in a greener neighbourhood (but no it's not this pink one ), I have been attached to my current flat too much & it's sad to leave but I guess change is good sometimes. Any recommendations on where to shop for simple furniture & any fridge recommendations would be grateful

YAY or NAY ? my first official smoothie bowl of 2018!
I was having a mini break from smoothies cause I didn't feel like them (had way too many in 2017 ) but now the love has come back with a lot of new flavours I am experimenting with (a lot of videos are coming your way pretty soon ). Do you sometimes have a break from certain foods that you overdose on? I remember when I first discovered my love for burritos back in Uni, I had one burrito for lunch and another one for dinner everyday for 45 days (I know ♀️), I then had a burrito break for a year everything in moderation is a bliss but sometimes I don't have #selfcontrol (#workinprogress ) does anyone have this problem sometimes?!
