Valentine’s Day at my favorite place, with my favorite person😊 Couldn’t ask for a better combination!

My first car was a Dodge Charger and man did I love that car. I will never forget how my dad surprised me with it on my 16th birthday. After my birthday dinner I waited at the valet and a brand new Dodge Charger pulled up. My dad looked at me and said “Get in😉”. Greatest surprise ever and I was left speechless with my dream car! Unfortunately after 4 years I fell asleep at the wheel and had it totaled. Luckily was unharmed and blessed to be safe. Today, I traded in my car of the last 5 years and went back to my very first dream car again😍. Hello Dodge Charger my old friend.

It’s been three years to this day where my life took a major change. I was admitted to the ER after I began to lose strength in my left arm. It went from being unable to lift it past my shoulders, to having to physically lift my arm out if I had my hand in my pockets. I knew something wasn’t right so I went to Huntington Hospital and spent the night running tests and MRI’s. That’s when the doctors found multiple lesions on my brain and spinal cord and diagnosed me with MS (Multiple Sclerosis). It seemed that was the correct diagnosis since I had the similar symptoms; weakness in the extremities, extreme fatigue, dizziness, etc. My world changed, and I had to adapt from there. I began a week steroid treatment for 4 hours a day to help regain the strength in my arm and leg. I also was recommended an Auto-Immune Paleo Diet to clean up my diet and help slow down the Auto-Immune disease’s effects. For the next few months my strength was coming back, and started feeling much better. That’s when I went to USC for another round of MRI’s to check on the lesions again. A miracle happened, the lesions had shrunk and that meant it couldn’t be MS, but a different Auto-Immune attack called ADEM (Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis). From that point I felt I could resume my life almost back to normal. The last three years have been a roller coaster but I’ve learned so much about myself since that I wanted to share. There is no greater value than patience. The last three years have taught me that immensely. It’s seemed like 3 steps forward and 5 steps back sometimes. My health has forced me to put my life on pause at times, and was very frustrating for me to cope with that. However, I look at where I’m at today compared to the second video and the days where I could barely walk up the street. I am so thankful for how far I’ve come and can’t take for granted the days where I feel healthy. I’d say I’m about 90% back to normal and I owe that all to my family and loved ones. They never let me give up on myself even when I wanted to the most. Life has its obstacles and this has been mine. I’ve grown stronger from it and will continue down my own path.

Well, last night didn’t go as planned but what an experience getting to see the first Los Angeles Rams playoff game at home since 1985. This season went beyond expectations and I will cherish the amount of joy it brought me this year. It’s been so long since I’ve seen this great of promise from the Rams, and I can’t wait to see what these guys have in store for us in the future. Thank you @rams for giving LA a show this year, changing the culture, and giving it your all. By the way, for a 100,000 capacity stadium, this place looked pretty damn packed 😉

I got teary eyed seeing this in the mail today! Rams still have to win this week against the Titans but wow what a journey it has been since the last time the Rams were in the playoffs. My last ever Rams playoff game was back in 2003 in that wild double overtime game against the Carolina Panthers. I was only 11 and the Rams were still in St. Louis at the time but it was a trip to remember and another sports memory I cherished going to with my Dad and Grandpa. The Rams haven’t been back to the playoffs since 2004 and what a roller coaster I have been through as a fan. No matter how bad they were I stuck with them and always enjoyed Sunday’s spending time with my Dad and watching the sport/team we loved. This season has been beyond expectations and I can’t even express how proud I am of this team. It’s been a culture change from top to bottom and seeing these guys overcome all the criticism of last season is amazing. A playoff spot is not guaranteed quite yet, but this coming in the mail shows how close we are and how far we’ve come. This is an amazing team and you guys deserve all the success. Just making it to the playoffs isn’t enough, let’s do some damage this postseason and go all the way!

By far the dumbest thing I’ve ever done, the Paqui #OneChipChallenge is no joke. This one chip was flavored with a Carolina Reaper Pepper🔥 I don’t do well with hot things at all so this was fun to laugh at myself later. Obviously @rachellefit handled it much better than I did 🤷🏼‍♂️
