Traditional Swedish “egg half’s” or deviled eggs in proper English. It is topped with mayonnaise, shrimps and dill. Served for Christmas.

This weekend I turned the menu to full scale asia influenced.Tuna sashimi blackened with Sichuan pepper/dried soy/star anis, avocado creme, yuzu roasted sesame seeds, wakame salad, sugar snaps, salmon roe and a rise vinegar sauce. Ceramic plate by @vastergarden

Friterad kungskrabba i ett nyångat bao bun bröd med tryffelaioli, picklad rödlök & sjögrässallad.

Ångad & lättsotad brysselkål med tångsalt, riven parmesanost & brynt citronsmörskum smaksatt med vit tryffel.

Stekt dumpling med havskräfta, jordnötsemulsion, chilipicklad morot, koriander, torkad soja & wasabidressing.

Sotad pilgrimsmussla i en tång- & rökt makrillbuljong.

Citron- & timjanstekt hummerstjärt med tortellini, smörstekt grönkål, friterad ansjovis, citronkräm & rostad hummerbuljong.

Because of the great respons last weekend we gonna do the same menu this weekend. It was my greatest service of all time, we had goosebumps in the kitchen!This is one of many great dishes: Brussels sprouts served on the stem with Parmesan cheese and a browned lemon butter foam flavored with white truffle.
I did this dish like this because I realized that most of the guests didn’t know how this beautiful vegetable grew. Ceramic plate by @vastergarden
