This next one’s dedicated to the ladies....♀️♀️♀️ Just wanted to give a big shout out to some of the talented and supportive female photographers out there who have been an inspiration to me as well as provided words of encouragement for my passion. Really means a lot! ♂️(tap photo for some inspiring feeds)
Bridge on the horizon.... THANKS go out to all of you who proved me WRONG on my last post and actually read AND replied to my message You’re all the best, and I really appreciate the feedback! HUGE thanks also go out to these sites for featuring and sharing my photos the past couple weeks @cloudzdelight
@sanfrancisco.lover.city Btw, EXTRA points if you read this far AND can spot the little bridge in the distance.....
You’re NOT going to read this post...I mean statistically speaking it’s just not going to happen. But if you insist on proving me WRONG and being a scientific anomaly I’ll go ahead and play along. Just tell me ONE thing I like to shoot in the comments and see if you’re going to either restore my faith in humanity, or prove me right. Either way, I still win! Oh, and Happy New Year!
Of boats and bridges.... Ok, well I guess there’s only one bridge in this photo, but can you spot the three boats? I only planned for two in this long expo but another snuck out from behind the boat on the left to photo bomb my shot. But I decided to roll with it...Happy Friday, and also BIG thanks to @visitsacramento for the recent feature and @world_bestsky for making me their newest member!
Anyone else love this movie? Such a love letter to my hometown can’t help but enjoy, and I also have special affection for actress Laurie Metcalf. When I waited tables in college, Laurie and Al Pacino came in to my restaurant and I had the pleasure of being their waiter. They were both such down to earth, nice people. Hope everyone gets to see this movie and that it leads to more Sacramento-inspired film and art ♀️🤩
Big places that can make you feel really small....Mad love for this exquisite work of architecture in #DTLA. On this Thanksgiving Eve, want to also express mad love and thanks for everyone on IG who has encouraged and inspired me this past couple years. Have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving and BIG shoutout to these 2 hubs for featuring my last post: @wildcalifornia_ @loves_reflections
Wonder what the electric bill is for LACMA’s “Urban Light” every month? Anyway thanks for keeping it lit LA! Oh, and speaking of thanks, HUGE thanks to these sites for recent features: @visitsacramento
You may be wondering why I’m holding a yellow lantern against a sunset sky with a baseball field below. Well, aside from the fact I really enjoy sunset shots, this past Saturday was Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Greater Sacramento’s Light the Night Celebration, and the yellow lanterns represent remembrance of someone lost to a blood cancer (in my case my dad almost 3 years ago). Honored to serve as the board chair for LLS Greater Sacramento and many thanks to the LLS team, volunteers, sponsors and fundraisers who supported this year’s event! ♂️
