Replace fear of the unknown with curiosity. Here’s how to be an explorer of the world:
1. Always be looking (notice the ground beneath your feet).
2. Everything is interesting. Look closer.
3. Alter your course often.
4. Observe for long durations. (And short ones.)
5. Notice the stories going on around you.
6. Notice patterns. Make connections.
7. Document your findings in a variety of ways.
8. Incorporate indeterminacy.
9. Observe movement.
10. Trace things back to their origins.
11. Use ALL of your senses in your investigations.
Easy like yoga on a Sunday morning (That’s how the song goes, right? ) What are you creating this week? From intentionally creating space for self-love and self-acceptance, to creating adventure and allowing yourself to explore places you’ve never been. By remaining open to possibility, you hold the power to create your life. Whatever you need, you have the power to create it. It starts with intention and it starts right now.

This time next week marks the first official day of Costa Rica LOVE! We’ll be horseback riding through some gorgeous waterfalls, surfing some amazing waves, enjoying massages at the villa, practicing yoga and AIR Bar classes taught by the one and only @kiyaknight, nourishing our bodies with some really good food by the incredible @jamesc_lockwood ! No doubt we will walk away completely transformed and I’m SO ready!
