Adventure always. ⛰🌲🌴⛺️📷🚶🏻🌤🌧 Kaua‘i Hawai‘i
"Be such a good soul that people crave your vibes." @keepitkauaiit tagged me on this. This is so on point. I try to live with purpose and add more than I take. It's all about positive vibes. Anything else is just noise.
Mahalo Mike for inspiring me! That made my day. 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
What an epic day. We cruised the coast, swam and hung out all day. There was even dancing and charades. Who would've thought rhinoceros nose horn would've been easier to guess than sheep wool sweater. My face was tired the next day from smiling and laughing so much.
Mahalo @komohanacharters for taking us and showing us a tremendous time. It was good to meet and hang with people who love life.
Rain and sun. It's incredible to live on a small island because the weather changes constantly and you can take a 15 minute drive to find better weather.
On this day, the rain and sun found harmony. We hung out on the ridge for a long time just watching Mother Earth. Although it drizzled on us it made this photo more interesting and it made the walk out a lot cooler.
Contemplated hiking my tripod 12 miles last week but I talked myself out of it because of the weight and trying to keep things simple. We lucked out with some amazing skies so I ended up shoving my camera into the sand for some long exposures. That might have to be my go to move for backpacking now.
What a weekend. We made the trek and although it's always tough it is always worth it. We explored the valley, hung out at different beaches and best of all, had the best time with our crew and new friends we made in the valley.
Life off the grid really brings people together. The only real concern is food and water and everyone shares anything extra that they have. It brings about a real sense of community. Good vibes all around.
Yesterday's ramble was what I wait all week for. A steady drizzle soaked everything and the uluhe ferns gave my shins a thousand paper cuts as we walked the overgrown trail.
We cruised on this ridge and watched the clouds form and pass while the sun was trying to peek out, lighting the ridges across the valley. Also, we saw my brother and his friends on the ocean as they kayaked the coastline several thousand feet below.
This past weekend was a fun one. @annhayashi @zavcummings @green_opihi and I hung out and checked out different spots.
I'm very much a rookie when it comes to underwater shots. The water and lighting changes constantly and I'm terrible at holding my breath.
We had a sunny day and I didn't get a crazy sunburn so that was a win already. We also got lucky and came away with some cool shots. Gravy all ova.
