ONCE IS NEVER ENOUGH.
My fave activity at Sentosa Island - Luge! Its the only time that I could drive something that does not require a license. 😂😂 P.S husband was not really into heights. He said he wouldn't agree on doing it if he had known about about the Skyline. Well, he did it 4x. Not bad at all hubby!
In the philippines, we call pumpkin / squash as Kalabasa. When I saw this truck filled with pumpkin from the Mid-Autumn / Harvest Festival display at the Flower Dome, the first thing that came to mind was unlimited Pinakbet. Soooo many pumpkin. Or even pumpkin muffin. Hmmmm... #flowerdome
YOU KNOW YOU'RE A FILIPINO WHEN.
Filipinoes are fond of ensaymada. That soft bread with smooth butter and cheesy top. Pair it with your fave coffee or tea and afternoon snack is complete.
For the longest time, I've been meaning to make my own version of ensaymada. And I finally made it the way I want it - super soft bread, topped with smooth butter and overloaded with cheese. Yuuuum! Ready for my afternoon snack! Mangan!
ME AND MY TRAVEL BUDDY.

All througout my visit in Bali, I would usually see this on the roadsides, on stores, literally everywhere. I came to understand what it was when we went to visit the Besakih Temple. This basket of flower is a thanksgiving basket for the gods. For little and much blessings that they receive, the locals never fail to give back, to be grateful. And I was personally rebuked by it. Sometimes, or most of the time, we fail to see the smallest and simpleist blessings that was given to us. We choose to magnify the negative instead of the positive. So to see them being firm in their faith is like a gentle reminder that everyday, there is beauty to see and to thank for. We just need to look harder. We just need to choose positivity. Namaste!
A lot of coffee to taste. Everything organic. I wish our goverment would do the same to our coffee growers back home - agritourism to promote our coffee.
Thank you @okaagriculture_bali for the experience. Really loved your #luwakcoffee

MISSING THIS MAT.
Its been awhile since I was struck with a flu, all thanks to Baguio's never ending rain and really cold weather. My congested nose and terrible / missing voice has prevented me from my daily practice. Or maybe, its nature way of saying rest and heal your body. Will be back on the mat soon!
This is a late upload. Did these cupcakes for a weekend celebration. Its back to the basic Vanilla and Chocolate cupcakes with a personalized edible print topper. Hope I made the client's day happy.😍😍😍 #2601cakesbysaintus
