So a couple of people asked for my mini frittata breakfast prep recipe.
Ingredients on first pic. Basically it can be whatever you like - make sure there's a crunchy veg, a protein and a herb. This week it's salmon asparagus and parsley.
Chop all finely, sweat onion and mushroom, half cook salmon and flake into bowl. Combine with 6 eggs. Season and pour into muffin tin. Bake for 20mins at 180c. Boom. I did do this as a video but sodding thing disappeared. #mealprep
