Before you start any workout routine, ask yourself what your goal is. Be very specific and write it down. Over the many years that I've been working out I realized that if I had a specific goal with a deadline, I was more determined and focused. It's a mind & body connection which helps you achieve your goals faster. Don't make the mistake and set an unrealistic goal which in the end will only demotivate you. When I started my plant based fitness journey I made a lot of mistakes. I didn't eat enough calories, had almost no protein in my diet and I ate the same meals over and over again. After reading countless articles about plant based protein I started to get the hang of it. Slowly but surly I felt more comfortable in my body which motivated me to learn more. After 4 years of being on a plant based diet and with over 18 years of training experience I can finally say that I know how to transform the human body into whatever shape needed! We're in this together #makeamove!
