When I started my plant based fitness journey I made a lot of mistakes. I didn't eat enough calories, had almost no protein in my diet and I ate the same meals over and over again. After reading countless articles about plant based protein I started to get the hang of it. Slowly but surly I felt more comfortable in my body which motivated me to learn more. After 4 years of being on a plant based diet and with over 18 years of training experience I can finally say that I know how to transform the human body into whatever shape needed!
