By listening to tones and or music that uplift you. If there are lyrics having it an uplifting message will further implement wellbeing. Remember the vibrations will go everywhere in your body including your organs and blood etc.

Sunlight.. bathing in it for 20 min a day early am or pm. Exposing as much skin as you can so the D can be absorbed in your skin.

Taking a hot bath allowing yourself to soak in the goodness of warmth and comfort. Adding scents to your bath allows brain waves to unfurl and relax.

When you are constantly looking somewhere else .. for example only allow positive thoughts, you are doing what I call β€žSpiritual Bypassβ€œ. This can become extremely stressful. Allow yourself to be where you are at, happy, sad, upset, annoyed or whatever it is...and from there it is much easier to take steps.

Feeling Stuck ? When we feel stuck our attention goes deliberately and constantly toward the very thing we are stuck with. This causes us to run the Hamster Wheel. You can start by shifting your attention towards something as simple as learning somwthing new = gets the neurotransmitters in your brain to fire in creativity mode again.
