When you are constantly looking somewhere else .. for example only allow positive thoughts, you are doing what I call „Spiritual Bypass“. This can become extremely stressful. Allow yourself to be where you are at, happy, sad, upset, annoyed or whatever it is...and from there it is much easier to take steps.
Feeling Stuck ? When we feel stuck our attention goes deliberately and constantly toward the very thing we are stuck with. This causes us to run the Hamster Wheel. You can start by shifting your attention towards something as simple as learning somwthing new = gets the neurotransmitters in your brain to fire in creativity mode again.
