Good morning !
I don't have a lot of time this morning so it's gonna be quick.
These days I'm having trouble digest my breakfast so I simply took a cup of cappuccino and a plain low fat yoghurt topped with yoghurt, cocoa a chips and a tablespoon of nutrition yeast
For lunch I've made myself gluten free pastas with mushrooms, greens, kidney beans, sesame seeds, herbs, spices and low fat cream (a tablespoon)

For dinner I'm planning on having a cup of ready to go soup and a banana

The problem when you work in restaurants is that you cannot choose what you'll eat and most of the time, the staff's meals are full of fat, made of meat and too heavy on my stomach ๐Ÿคข. I've been sick quite a lot if time - not because it didn't taste good, but only cause I couldn't digest this food. So from now on I'm gonna try and make my own lunch boxes. This first is ugly and rather simple but I woke up late so... To sum up for lunch I'm gonna have:

Dinner ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ Just before dinner I did a lot of exercises to strengthen my body: abs, squats, lunges, arms workout... and I was really hungry. That's why I made: โ™ก a colourful and healthy salad made with lettuce, pineapple, tomato, a slice of ham and about 6 peanuts (salt free) and cauliflower and mustard

Mornimg everyone !
After spending an awful night (thanks to this annoying cough) I got up and decided to make myself a healthy and yummy breakfast. โ™ค as I loved yesterday's try, I did another pineapple carpaccio topped with muesli, dried fruits, applesauce, low fat yoghurt, 1 square of white chocolate and caramel sauce (a teaspoon)
โ™ค because my throat still hurts a lot, I chose to drink a cup of hot honey milk instead of my usual beverage.
After that i went to the the gym and exercised for about an hour before coming back home for lunch (which is currently in process ๐Ÿ˜‰) oh and I drank a shake of impact whey protein (tiramisu flavour) from #myprotein. How are you ? Better than me I hope cause my throat hurts like hell. As a result I didn't feel like posting today.
For breakfast I had:
โ™ง a smoothie (and for once it was not homemade but it tasted good anyway)
โ™ง a milk tea with a teaspoon of honey โ™ง 2 gluten free coconut crackers topped with peanut butter and banana chips
For lunch I went to my sister's and we ate a slice of ham with quinoa and greens. I had a bit of cheese and a portion of applesauce for dessert
For dinner I had :
โ™ง a cup of warm water with lemon juice and honey (that's good for the throat...๐Ÿ˜‚)
โ™ง a slice of ham rolled with low fat cheese and lettuce โ™ง a yummy pineapple carpaccio with a portion of low fat yoghurt, applesauce, dried fruits, muesli and caramel sauce.

One based more on cardiotraining and the other focusing more on strengthening all the body muscles. Today's lunch
My mother and I went to our favourite restaurant. What's pretty nice about this place is that they only serve you natural and organic food and they always propose you a vegetarian meal ๐Ÿ˜™๐Ÿ‘Œ To begin with, we've decided to share an appetizer: a strawberry and basil gaspacho accompanied with feta cheese crackers โ™ฅ๏ธ Then we choose the vegetarian meal : a seitan korma/kurma with rice (the kurman originally being an Asian meal. The vegetables or the meat [here they used seitan] are cooked with water, yoghurt, bouillon, spices and milk or coconut cream). For dessert I took a coconut and raspberry panna cotta and mum took a " fruit crumble "

Later in the day? after a long walk on the beach, we went to a beautiful bakery and shared a delicious "creme brulee" ๐Ÿ˜Š

Hi there !
While posting this I'm happy and proud to realise that my lunch is 100% homemade ! ๐Ÿ™„ โ€ข mum did such a large amount of it that I'm still on her homemade soup ^^ (I only took a cup this time though, otherwise l wouldn't have eaten the rest of my meal) โ€ข homemade fried potatoes and carrots (I only cut one potato and one carrot in sticks, mixed them with spices and herbs and put them in the oven for about 25 min. It's fat free and it's delicious). The sauce you can see is nothing more than mustard and tomato ketchup mixed together โ€ข a homemade mushroom burger (Its made of a few mushrooms cooked with vegan margarine, shallots, mustard, herbs, garlic powder, a slice of mozzarella, 1 tablespoon of flour, lemon juice). It tastes nice but next time I'll mix other vegetables with it and cook it longer.

"The pain you feel today will be the strength you'll feel tomorrow..." and trust me today's session was really painful. I've lost my dumbbells or at least the one I usually use for training - as a result I had to use heavier ones and it literally killed my arms ". But as we say "no pain, no gain right? ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜" So to conclude I've did a home session with a DVD that focused mainly on the whole body. I highly recommend it as it's really great - especially when you feel to lazy to go to the gym (DVD = body sculpt with Jessica Mellet)

Ps : have you seen my sports bra? ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‹ pretty cool, isn't it ?

Here's a picture of my lunch. I've tried to make it as healthy and light as possible as I'm gonna have to eat at a fast food for dinner (one of my biggest fears but well...). Anyway I've made myself :

I know it's been a long time since I've last used this account but summer has been kind of crazy. And weirdly enough I've convinced myself I had recovered and that there was no need to use this account anymore. But I was wrong cause eating disorder is not as easy to get rid of as may be a flu or any other sickness. Little by little I've began to skip a meal, then two. Some days I wouldn't even eat a thing; that's when I've understood I hadn't recovered at all. All this only to say that I'll be back cause this account- and posting my meals everyday helps me being healthy and keep on a regular diet.
So for breakfast I had:

I know I've been away for rather a long time but I've been facing some unexpected events and as my job and the parties with my friends take most if my times - I didn't feel like come and post on my account.

Picture nยฐ3: after practise. On Wednesday the gym only opens at 5.30pm. Beginning work at 6pm it's kinda complicated for me to go. As thus, I've practised at home using my "kick 'n' fit" dvd program. Very intense!
