Squats.... I honestly have a love/hate relations with them. I started powerlifting only entering in Bench/Deadlift because I had insane knee pain from injuries in football and wrestling. I could barely squat a plate while I was deadlifting over 500lbs. Over the years I really tried to build them up while working thru my injuries and slowly they became my best/favorite lift. Exited to see what I will hit in a few month at my first meet back in over 2 years!
