When the hotel gym sucks...you just got to make do ♀️ but my last and final medical school interview down! Definitely my #1 choice and fell in love with Maine some of the exercises I did...just did a circuit to hit each body part for 5 rounds. Only had medicine balls and treadmill. Workout below

@flapjacked S’mores Mighty Muffin Review!! 9/10 across the board Macros: I Added a picture of them...I’d say pretty spot on. One thing I hate is when protein bars/food gets to the >9g fat range.
Taste: ALMOST perfect, I actually wish it was just a bit more chocolatey and sweet
Texture: to die for. Seriously there was little itty marshmallows and chocolate chips!
I was hesitant on this one not being a big muffin gal but this was like an already prepared kodiak cake! I’ve been traveling all day today and wasn’t sure what I would have access to. Usually you can find a microwave and this was WAY more filling than any protein bar
It won’t matter what month or season it is...peppermint will always be acceptable post workout meal: @pescience white chocolate mint protein with Trader Joe’s Peppermint Os Eating cereal higher in sugar can actually be beneficial post workout when your muscles are extra capable to take in glucose and glycogen stores are depleted!
Realized I was posting a little too much icecream and waffles and not enough yummy more nutritious goodness ♀️ this is 95% of what I eat each day. Just a big bowl of goodness: lentils (s/o to @traderjoes ) sweet potatoes turkey spinach and zuchinni yes pancakes and icecream are fun to have but you feel 1000% better eating more micronutrient dense foods which can still be delicious!

GAME CHANGER. These new chocolate peanut butter Cheerios are freaking PHENOMENAL I was used to the Kroger peanut butter o’s, but these are 10x better and it’s the perfect blend of the two flavors the fat content is about 3g higher than most cereals which sucks but it’s worth it for the peanut butter goodness!! Highly recommend adding these as a post workout treat to your protein shake/icecream!

Honest review: 1.5/10 at first...it was seriously awful, so bitter, and wayyyy to cinnamon(y) and I LOVE anything nutbutter.
I heard so many good things about this flavor and I don’t know how!! But I dumped it all into a bowl and mixed it up really well which improved it to 5/10 I think because of the white chocolate adding some balance...idk overall so not impressed I had high hopes for this one because all the other flavors are on point!

I have been trying to decrease the amount of protein powder I take in. My nutrition professor said something that really stuck: why would we just eat some processed powder when we can take in and fuel our bodies with wholesome, filling, and natural sources of protein that taste good and are good for you!? Protein powder is a great supplement but my goal is to take in more natural sources of protein!
Don’t get me wrong, sometimes you just need the real deal ♀️ but this is a PERFECT example of how easy it is for us to eat more than needed when going out! Same amount of food (3 slices of regular bread) but different methods of cooking and COMPLETELY different macros! And how simple it is to whip up some egg white/cinnamon mixture and dunk some bread in it
A little #flashbackfriday for ya 2 years between these two pictures! Not that there was ANYTHING wrong on the left but I was uncomfortable with how I looked and was going down an unhealthy path of partying and drinking everyday...flash forward two years and you have a girl who would rather eat her veggies and study or have a night in with a pint of Halo top and Netflix ♀️ consistency is key!

Anything is possible when you make it a priority!! Yes I have great memories of going out with friends, but I love putting my Health first and spending my Friday night eating pancakes and watching Netflix even more I’m lucky enough to have the ability to move my body and fuel it with proper food so why not take care of myself the best I can?

Welll it’s been a hot second since my last post longer post with explanations to come...but for now let’s review this guy! So 10/10 would recommend @halotopcreamery gingerbread like INCREDIBLE. The texture was the creamiest I’ve had and yes, those are real gingerbread chunks in there. I will be getting more of this today to celebrate the end of the semester!
