#fitfam in little more than a month I'll be back in Haiti for a week, so I decided to try to SIMPLE! TEN MINUTES #workout at home each day till the day I leave.
RULES: do workout #1 one day the next day do workout #2, keep doing that cycle for 6 days, take ONE day off and continue the cycle for another 6 days, take you rest day and so on.
