I just want you to live and love the life you dream of...is that too much to ask?

Every time that I hit upper body, I incorporate at least one solid leg movement. The only way to turn weaknesses into strengths is to hit them head on, so i plan on it. Hamstrings and lower lats are definitely behind on my body, so today included bent over BB rows + RDL's. Feeling healthier and more athletic than I ever have been. Get moving!
To my wonderful Aunts Debbie @debbieol and Francie... This weekend was a dream- from jumping in 50 degree pools to hiking with our canine counterparts, from discussing Chinese philosophy to vinyasa flowing, you made this trip unforgettable. Oh! And let's not forget the best part- the endless dancing inspired by the finest fermented grapes paso has to offer.
You are more than my spirit animals, You are the fearless lionesses that protected me from becoming completely lost. You held me close and poured love into my heart. As I transitioned from cub to Lion, you never once confused my sensitivity for weakness, but instead have encouraged me to try and become as deeply compassionate as is humanly possible.
I see in this child a man so powerful that he will one day change the lives of many. His limitless potential lies in his connection to the world with an incredible desire to learn. He hasn't even started grade school and yet he is dedicated to living an exceptional existence, though he has yet to find that out. He is a vigilant renegade in resisting the "defects" of living comfortably numb in the status quo. He will do well to follow his vastly open heart, not just his intelligent mind or his pliable physical body. I will always be on your team little Liam. #liamdrew #gifted #exceptional
I have never felt challenged by a man to be something I'm not, in order to try and prove that my existence is meaningful. Never once have I felt that someone's innate inability to be confident in themselves should have any effect on my happiness. I have had many people who have guided me in kindness and hope to see me prosper, the others aren't even a dot on my radar. Regarding strength, a 425 pound deadlift is not as hard as holding bridge for a minute in good form. I would know, I spent years tightening my body because I had an ability to lift heavy.
For what? I find that a lot more women do yoga than men, which makes sense...women are more open with themselves and others and are not wound tight in fear of being seen as weak. I am more empowered by some of the women in these classes than by looking at a picture of Superman, the Rock or anyone else you may idolize. Additionally, my opinions of others are always meant to be positive. I am honored to know you, to grow with you, I am honored to share the air you breathe, and I am confident that together we can create better lives for ourselves, we can foster better relationships, re-energize complacent communities and earn the world we want to live in by working for it!!
