So I made this amazing slushie this morning, and it gave me an immediate energy boost πŸ™ŒπŸΌ...and tastes SO GOOD πŸ˜‹...so I had to share. It's an excellent anti-inflammatory. It's also great for the lymphatic system, the digestive system, along with immune support. πŸ’ It's super simple. I added one half organic lemon (*with* peel), a little over an inch piece of fresh organic ginger root (peeled), 1 scoop of @drinksufficientc high- dose, vitamin C mix (sugar free), and ice. Threw in my Ninja and blended. πŸ‘ŒπŸ–’ YUM. Great way to start the day! 😊

There is a big difference between connection and attachment, although many feel it's one in the same. One will keep you a prisoner, one will keep you free.πŸ¦‹ Attachment is fear-based. Fear is controlling, dependant, and insecure...it stems from a feeling of "lack of". When you attach yourself to a person, thing, or situation, you depend on these outside sources/situations for your feeling of fulfillment, happiness, worthiness, feeling of acceptance..etc. Through attachment, you also tend to only accept how you feel things "should be" without allowing any other possibilities. You basically give up your inner power and put it in the hands of everything that is outside of your control.πŸ™ˆ How dysfunctional, right? If you really look at what it is you are "attaching" yourself to, you will notice that it is usually always something that you are lacking within. And no matter how hard you try, that void or feeling of "lack of" can never be fulfilled by outside sources. You can become more aware of this when you constantly feel unsatisfied (and exhausted😩), even after you find or acquire everything you "think you need". Attachment in this sense, only leads to constant suffering. Only YOU can fill that void through awareness, acceptance and inner healing....ultimately self love. πŸ’–
Connection, without attachment, is different. You connect with the world around you knowing and feeling that you are always enough.
