i’m not one to set intentions each month or even new year resolutions but lately i have been doing a lot of deep thinking. i have been really focusing on self care the past few months and wanted to share what i have learned and manifested with YOU to hopefully inspire each of you to do open up to following your happiness + soul:
+i am going to eat that foods that i want to eat. not the foods i’m told are good for me or that are trendy if i don’t like the taste or how i feel. i’m going to eat real food that makes my body thrive and feel its best without comparing to others.
+i am going to honor my body and it’s request to relax when i’m tired. to slow down and not workout. even if that means not working out for a couple weeks, so be it.
+i am going to surround myself with people who uplift me and i am clearing negativity and negative people out of my life. i want to make room for more positivity and those who have those contagious magical vibes
+i am going to continue listen to myself and know my self worth and value and only commit to working with those who feel the same. no overcommitting with work anymore!
