PUG PRISON DAY 30: EARLY RELEASE FOR GOOD BEHAVIOR/OVERALL IMMOBILITY! The vet just cleared noodle for parole!! He still has to remain as still as possible for the next 2-4 weeks, but his sentence has been mercifully expedited and now no more jail time! He will not miss the bars but he will miss the power!
PUG PRISON DAY 26: Although Noodle has supreme authority over the prison, he is finding his once iron grip of rule has become brittle and rusted. He has taken it upon himself to grow out his chest hair with the hope that people will begin to notice and begin to cower as they once did. Hopefully his underlings will begin to treat him with the respect he deserves.
PUG PRISON DAY 16: although only a little over 2 weeks into his sentence, Noodle has already schemed and plotted his way to the very top of the prison's political, economic, and social hierarchy. A kingpin of sorts, Noodle regulates all external and internal smuggling operations within the prison (cigarettes, cell phones, small blades), as well as oversees all daily activity in the library, gym, and chow hall areas. He has eyes and ears everywhere.
Hey all - first of all thank you so much to everyone who has commented or sent a message asking about Noodle's health. It is a wonderful feeling to know other people love this amazing dog as much as I do. We just left the hospital with some not so great news. The doctors believe has intervertebral disc disease of his spine and minor signs of cognitive regression. Before he gets an MRI, the doctors have advised I crate him for 4 weeks in the hope that he will recover without having to endure anesthesia as flat-faced breeds can have trouble with it. He has a seriously comfortable bed, some seriously potent pain meds, and a slew of people doting on him every moment. I promise to update you all as I learn new information, but for now he has 4 weeks of immobility to look forward to, which is a strength of his anyway. We are hoping for a full recovery where he can continue to not move, but of his own volition. Thanks for the love ❤️
