Day 9: I got done taking a full course of antibiotics, cough syrup, and antihistamines yesterday, that I basically started taking the night I landed. But get this, the moment I got better, I went ahead and strained my right chest muscle.
Needless to say, because of this, my positivity is kind of fading. ♀️♀️
Day 7 (Late Post): After a week of resting, I decided to get back into my workout regime which is usually at least 60 minutes long. But not yesterday ♀️. 5 minutes into it the weights hit the floor, another 5 minutes later the belt came off and finally a good 10 minutes later I dropped down . I guess jhaal muri is not clean eating lol, but then again I’m on vacation Baby!

Tip 13: Don’t panic if your Panna Cotta doesn’t set! It may take more than one try but you’ll get there. One of the tricks to the dish is achieving the right balance of gelatin in your mixture, and sometimes you just need to try again. Heat the mixture over low heat. Separate out a small cupful and add extra (bloomed) gelatin to it; slowly pour it into the heated mixture, stirring constantly, and allow it to set again.
