I'm in love!! Totally found this today at HEB. I love pho but the carbs for the noodles would not be good right now. Im glass I spotted these because it is a great alternative to the traditional pho noodle bowls. Only 30 calories per cup of raw ingredients, 1.5 ttl fat, 440 sodium, and 6 carbs!! I know I can do this! Busted out upper body strength training. I didn't have really a set routine just concentrated on arms and shoulders and made sure I did 3 sets of twelve reps for each machine and free weight exercises with little rest as possible. The pic doesn't do it justice, seriously it was so good. I got to change the way I see food. Period. So I made spaghetti with meat sauce and zucchini noodles and a side of power greens salad with low fat balsamic vinegar. Seriously so good! I'm sure I have some more tweaking to do. Have to kick off this week with a bang. Apple doesn't do well with treadmill readings cause the numbers are way off except that calorie burn. I've been concentrating on keeping my heart rate at the optimal rate for cardio and so far so good. I definitely felt a lot stronger her and faster today even though the scale says otherwise. But the scale can go suck it!!
