This is what I mean : PERFECT SUNDAY BABES
As I said before, every Sunday I plan on going for a long walk someplace new in Catalunya #spain.
It is a good way to meditate, think about life, exercise and just enjoy nature. I believe that if you change your lifestyle #healthylifestyle, your life goals and happiness will follow. As we say in Spanish (en un abrir y cerrar de ojos se puede cambiar todo) sorry I don't know how to say that in English .
Well this photo is on my way to Montserrat mountain. It is a beautiful 2 hour walk, 5km. You really need to be "healthy" to go all the way up to Montserrat ! But I'm sure everyone can do it with a bit of effort.
I will share more photos of my trips and adventures very soon( I'm working on a new project with my boyfriend) where you will see beautiful landscape photos.

When I'm very busy I don't feel inspired, so the most easy way to post something is just making my breakfast
As you can see in the photo I had for brekkie half mango and a glass of oat milk with oats
.P.S: Today i will do a session of 35 min abs with 20 min cardio
New vegan recipe for breakfast
4 leaves of spinach
Blend all the ingredients with half a glass of water, then add to the bowl with 4 spoons of soja yogurt (no sugar), mix everything.
Add 4 spoons of oats, a few strawberries, apple slices and 1 spoon of chia seeds.

Self love is not only eat clean or do sport. Self love start with your mind and the way you do everything.
This message is for you: Take a walk without music, start a year full of good energy, treat others as you would like to be treated, read a book , travel as much as you can, love yourself, learn from your elders, listen and help as much as you can, because I believe in humans, I believe we can help our planet and all the communities around the world that are dying everyday, before you waste water think about the ones that have to walk 10km per day to access clean water. Before you USE PLASTIC read the news on our planet about pollution, weather change, climate... Think and do the right thing.
One of my ways to save money and not waste plastic etc, is to go outside my city with a picnic of #homemadefood and explore nature.

This morning I had this basic #veganbowl for #breakfast
1 glass of almond milk
3 spoon of integral oats
1/2 spoon of coco
and READY TO ENJOY THIS #veganhealthybreakfast !!!
Ingredientes para crear un desayuno básico, sano y delicioso
1 vaso de leche de almendras
3 cucharas soperas de copos de avena integral
1/2 cuchara sopera de coco rallado y listo!

I do workout 4 times per week. Plus my cardio days ( I haven't been eating very well, but now I will start again my meal plan ) and this is the reality of POSING.
I wish I had my butt like the photo on the left (I tried my best to look like queen B, but even posing this is not my booty ). The photo on the right is exactly my amazing and BEAUTIFUL butt natural Don't be ashamed to don't look like the "natural" beautiful bloggers or girls in Instagram. Most of them should post their real bodies and even their faces without make up. Theat will be more helpful for millions of women and YOUNG GIRLS to understand that is important to LOVE yourself before botox or silicone implants.

Before PERIOD days
Some people are scared to talk about it, but I don't care because it is something normal for every woman.
For some women it is difficult to get up and do things, for others it is easier and they still have energy, others have depression and EAT EVERYTHING . IT IS NORMAL.
For me it could be a mix of feelings and energy every month (sorry to my BoyF he is the only one with patience ) .
The last few days I have been EATING BISCUITS w/ black chocolate. I felt like I needed that food and to stay in bed, but I REALISED what happens if I help my premenstrual syndrome by changing that energy? So yesterday and today I have tried to follow few tips that are working
Go to sleep the right way.
To wake up refreshed, get a good night's sleep.
Always get up at the same time - even on weekends.( I still trying to wake up at the same time everyday but Is difficult ) Drink hot water with lemon when you first get up.
Seek out light.
♀️ Try yoga breathing.
and exercise every morning!!!!!

Today I use one of my favourite Christmas presents from my amazing Santa (my boyfriend)
Is a vegan/natural and eco Mask made of coffee Is the second time I use this mask before I post the results.
Well in my opinion: IS THE BEST MASK You won't stop touching your skin !
With argan oil, cocoa butter and sea salt, intense anti – cellulite and firming effect.! Well im not using this for the shower yet (anti-cellulite and firming) I believe CLEAN EATING AND SPORT is the only key for cellulite . But as a face mask AMAZING !
Here some information abouth the ingredients:
Robusta Coffee – stimulates circulation of blood and improves the appearance of your skin. Coffee extract reduces cellulite and has a firming effect.
Cane Sugar – exfoliates dead skin cells and properly moisturizes the skin.
Dead Sea Salt – helps cleance your skin of toxins.
Cocoa Butter – firms tones and smoothens the skin.
Sweet Almond Oil – is an excelient emollient, smoothens and moisturizes the skin.
Strawberry Seeds – illuminate the skin.
Vitamin E – is the vitamin of youth.
Use face scrubs after cleansing your face thoroughly. A face scrub is supposed to remove dead skin cells, not your makeup. Remember then to remove makeup before using it! You will love your skin after using this product!

VEGAN PROTEIN POWER BARS
Is the second time that I made vegan bars. This time they taste better ( I can't believe how good they are). Seriously I said to my boyfriend: We can eat only one protein bar per day after or before sport , they are too good!

Detox day 1
1. Keep your mind #clean.
2.Try to do some #lightcardio or spend the day outside your city.
3. Do something different.
4. EAT CLEAN NUTS,VEGGIES, #GREENJUICE, WATER with lemon (of course), tea.
5. You can do it, is very important to try a detox once per month (for one or two days if it's possible). 6. If you do a detox for more than 3 days... don't do hiit workout!! Detoxing brings balance back and helps our systems function properly again.
Today I did my first DETOX with cardio. We went for a walk of 12km, 2h 33 min ( I'm very proud of myself and my boyfriend). It was a beautiful day, bit cold but perfect for a loooooong walk outside Barcelona center.
This city is incredible!

I made my first ever vegan butter or cream cheese...
Healthy, no bad sugar, vegan, and TASTYYYYYYY
This vegan cashew butter is the best snack for after sport, or during the day. After this... I'm completely sure that I don't need to buy (Peanut butter or vegan cheese from super market). This is more nice and healthy than all the other products.

He hecho mi primera mantequilla vegana. Sin azúcares añadidos y sin lácteos (obvio). La verdad la receta me la he inventado después de estar dos semanas buscando recetas sanas para hacer mantequilla o queso vegano.
El resultado ha sido mejor de lo que me esperaba. Increíble!
