Day 1: #breakfast So I made my #bulletproofcoffee with 1/2tbsp of #coconut oil took out my #grassfedbeef laid a small amount in a plate and added: 1tsp garlic chili sauce, 1/2tsp vinegar, Himalayan salt, and black pepper, 1tsp of lemon juice and it hit the pan. 2eggs and 3 small spreads of butter between 3 small slices of toasted pumpernickel bread used for dips. πŸ˜‹It's Easy foods on the list found at: @thedopedixon and mypowercolumbus.com

Some people say πŸ’© when they hear #babyfood but I say "if it's good enough for you baby, it's gotta be good enough for you, right?! #Smoothies in a pouch.. $1.89
I found one that had 1750mg (even tho that's for an infant just cut that number in half) of #potassium and #almondbutter is counted in with my good fat.
