The importance of setting goals 👇

With your training and nutrition I believe you should always have a goal, something you are working towards. This will keep you motivated when times get hard and make it so much more rewarding when you reach it.

Short term👇
Set yourself a short term goal. This could be something you want to achieve at the end of your training cycle like dropping a certain amount of body weight or getting a personal best on a lift.
.
Long term 👇
Have a long term goal. This will keep you motivated when you have completed your short term goal. Pick something you really want to achieve and write it down, then when you are struggling to find motivation look at it and it will make you remember why you are doing this!
.
Without goals it is very hard to stay motivated and consistent with your training and nutrition.
.
Think of a goal, write it down, make a plan and put everything into it to achieve it.

❓A large percentage of our world always assume that keeping healthy and fit is expensive. I have had hundreds of clients in the past who have used “I can’t afford it” as an excuse to not look after their health.

💰NOW... I am by no means saying everyone has the luxury to have a coach, eat fillet steak and salmon all day, and get the best of the best of EVERYTHING, all the time. Hell... I don’t even have that.

💪But waking up 30 minutes earlier, going for a walk or jog outside, journaling, a bit of meditation and a couple green vegetables here and there, will NOT cost you a cent more, and will most probably end up making you even more 💰💰💰 because you’re functioning and performing at a higher level than before.

Monday brah. Just moving around. Light session. I don't have any type of reverse hyperextension machine in the gym so i "made" one. I'm not that tall, 2 boxes,one mat and it was perfect. Great exercise for lower back and glutes. I saw the other day a post from @crossfitlasuperba with an 10' AMRAP and i changed it today a little bit cause i fucked up my left shoulder on the heavy bag 2 weeks ago. I used kettlebell instead of a bar. Felt better.
Basic warm up
● Dynamic stretch
● Kinesiology
● Lower back realise
Roll in / Cardio / Condition
4 Rounds / 6' each
● Jump rope
● Shadow boxing
Baseline / Condition
10' AMRAP
● 5 S2O / 24 kg Kettlebell
● 10 Deadlift / 24 kg Kettlebell
● 15 Box jumps
Cash out / Lower body work
3 RFT
● 10 Reverse hyperextension
● 10 Glute bridge / Physioball
