🧗🏻♂️Build a rock-solid core with the (weighted) Hollowbody Hold.[SOUND ON]( Instructions/ Espanol). This is very challenging yet very effective. It challenges your entire core to work.
🧐Remember your core are not just your abdominals its all the muscle that PROTECT your spine ( glutes, front side and back side of your abdominals, and even the muscles that pull your shoulder blades back).
The main rule for this move is to keep your lower back pressed against the floor. There should be absolutely no space between you and the floor.
Beginner: Keep your legs straight and raise them about a foot off the ground. Adjust your feet until you can keep your low back against the ground
Advance!!! Add a 10lb kettlebells (like I did) or dumbbells or weight plates to the tops of your palms. Hold as long as you can. Enjoy!!
