Придавило((( 312,5кг с резиной, добиваюсь после приседа… просто не пошло, а во втором подходе справился, см второе видео.
Не люблю когда страхуют, всегда приседаю в раме и если что не так просто сбрасываю на ограничители. -

Both of these pictures were taken 5 months apart from each other. This year, my new physique already looks a lot better than what you see on the right, but I’m concealing the aesthetics until it’s finally time to unleash what I’ve worked so hard for. For those of you that struggle with consistency, just know that it DOES pay off even when your working out and you feel like you haven’t done enough. That’s all apart of the process. Not bad for my first time with 600lbs on my back in years! Depth seemed a little shy maybe, but this is the second time since adding squats back into our routine and I'm pretty happy with this as my starting point! Excited to see how much weight I can add to my squat in these next few months. Been a little sick and appetite has been wavering so back down to 238 on wake.

330 (estimated 75%) for trips after deads. Low bar feels foreign but it’s moving nice for feeling that way. Using a ramping 80-90% trips to singles over three days next week before starting the heavier stuff at 8 weeks out.

First time trying the new inzer gripper wraps 2.5 meters. Def like them a lot u can really dive into them just worked up to what my last warmup will be about 518lbs will I finally break the 600lb barrier on the platform. 28 days I will know #uspa #uspapower #squat #powerlifting #inzer

RKC Plank o Plancha avanzada

Visualmente igual a la plancha tradicional, sin embargo la conciencia muscular requerida involucra el abdomen, cuadriceps, glúteos entre otros.

La ejecución se realiza apretando los cuadriceps, caderas, glúteos, brazos, pared abdominal; posteriormente apuntamos los codos hacia la punta de pies y viceversa como si buscáramos que estos se tocaran entre sí.

Regularmente se ejecuta por intervalos 10 seg plancha normal y 10 seg de RKC, hasta la fatiga.

El uso de la suspensión en TRX es opcional, es una excelente manera de agregar un grado de dificultad y ganar estabilidad.

270kg squat. Don’t blink guys, you might miss this.. Last heavy squat session before ProRaw. I structured my program a little differently in this prep to my last prep, so instead of having my heavy squat and deadlift on alternate weeks, I had them both in the same week, and my deadlift first, so this felt a lot harder than I anticipated 😅! Thanks to @hamishewenson for being in my ear about when I start to slow down in my squats, and for wrapping my knees like a fuckface, and for just being a pretty average bloke all round. You’re okay despite what everyone else says..
