I will not say I can’t ever do this. I’m saying I am not able to do them right now. So I need encouragement to stay positive because I’ve never been able to do these. I’d like to get somewhere with these... tips on how to strengthen myself for this? I’m somewhat private but I’m also someone who likes to be open and sharing with others. We are all having a human experience and I find it helpful when others share their experiences truthfully! Eat fruits and vegetables, TASTE all the other stuff. PROPER FUEL IS KEY. Food is fuel. If you feel terrible and you’re eating terribly- well, there is your answer. I made my own Shiratake noodle ramen!! Sautéed spinach, onions, mushrooms.. boiled chicken broth with soy and ginger!! Added an egg and two Meatless meatballs!! Garnished with sunflower greens.
