♡ Live today. Let the past be. Don’t let the future dictate your emotions. Don’t allow your worries to steal your peace. Hug the people you love. Find something (anything) to marvel at. Don’t chicken out, keep believing in yourself. Forgive yourself, really do. Do not be your own worst critic… there are enough people up for that job. Be brave but don’t forget to be kind. Become an insufferable positivist. Be independent enough to know when you cannot do things alone. Be grateful for your mornings… and your nights. Be ok with your daily struggles. Be steady, be sure in your heart that you will be ok. Do not rush things, put more life into your days.
I've been meditating and doing yoga again. It's incredible how two simple practices can open us up to seeing a kinder, brighter and more beautiful world. Nothing — and I mean nothing — can buy inner peace.
If you are interested to know how I make time for it and what I do, let me know in the comments and I'll write an article for next week.

"May all beings be well and safe, may they be at ease.
Whatever living beings there may be, whether moving or standing still, without exception, whether large, great, middling, or small, whether tiny or substantial,
Whether seen or unseen, whether living near or far,
Born or unborn; may all beings be happy.
Let none deceive or despise another anywhere. Let none wish harm to another, in anger or in hate." — Buddhist Metta Prayer

Last week I made the decision to write a post titled: How Being A Minimalist Helps With My Anxiety. ☞ anadegenaar.com
It was a hard one to write, not because of the stigma behind it but because I wanted to write it in hope that someone else could find reassurance in my words - even when in order to do that, I'd have to re-live some painful moments. Like I said when I relaunch my brand, I want this space to be more like "me" and I cannot show you more of myself without touching on the subject. If you are going though a similar situation I want you to know you are in my thoughts today. Love to all. #anxiety #courage #love
