This is a #QuickAndEasyFood favourite in my house during the week. One-pan fabulous fish with green olive tapenade, topped with fresh basil. So so easy to knock up when you're feeding a small army, plus only one pan to wash up! Get stuck in guys!!

70 years amazing ! #Repost @theroyalfamily Today The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh celebrate their 70th Wedding Anniversary - to mark the occasion more new photographs are being released worldwide. 
The marriage of the then Princess Elizabeth to Lieutenant Philip Mountbatten took place at Westminster Abbey on 20th November 1947.
The ceremony was broadcast on BBC Radio to 200 million people.
British photographer Matt Holyoak of Camera Press, took these new images in the White Drawing Room at Windsor Castle earlier this month.

These little beauties are Jerusalem artichokes. I grow them in my garden and they have just come into season! You can serve them in all sorts of inventive and delicious ways – mashing, roasting or sautéing them is a good place to start. They give you an unbeatable mild, nutty flavour.
